1. What types of glassware does KERAANN offer?

KERAANN offers glassware for everyday drinking, dining, beverage service, and home entertaining.

Our selection may include drinking glasses, tumblers, cocktail glasses, stemmed glasses, beer glasses, wine glasses, and other glass drinkware.

Please refer to each product page for the exact size, capacity, material, color, quantity, and package contents.

2. How do I choose the right glass for my beverage?

Different glass shapes and capacities are suitable for different serving preferences.

When choosing a product, we recommend reviewing the glass shape, capacity, dimensions, and intended use shown on the product page.

For example, some glasses are designed for water or juice, while others may be more suitable for cocktails, beer, wine, or other beverages.

3. Are the capacities listed on the product pages exact?

We aim to provide accurate capacity information for each product.

Minor differences may occur because of manufacturing methods and the way glass capacity is measured.

Please review the individual product specifications before ordering if capacity is important for your intended use.

4. Can the actual glass look slightly different from the product photos?

Yes. Slight differences in appearance may occur because of lighting, photography, individual screen settings, and normal manufacturing variations.

Glass thickness, transparency, shape, finish, and color tone may vary slightly between individual pieces.

These minor differences do not normally affect ordinary use.

5. Are small bubbles or minor marks in glass normal?

Small bubbles, minor surface marks, or slight visual variations can sometimes occur during glass manufacturing.

These are generally considered normal characteristics when they do not materially affect the appearance, stability, or intended use of the product.

6. Can KERAANN glassware be used for hot drinks?

This depends on the specific product.

Not all glassware is designed for hot liquids or sudden temperature changes.

Please review the product description before using a glass for hot beverages. Unless the product page specifically states otherwise, do not assume that the glass is heat-resistant or suitable for boiling liquids.

7. Is KERAANN glassware dishwasher-safe?

If dishwasher compatibility is not specifically stated, careful hand washing is recommended.

8. Is KERAANN glassware microwave-safe?

Not necessarily.

Unless a product page specifically states that the glassware is microwave-safe, it should not be assumed to be suitable for microwave use.

The same applies to oven, freezer, stovetop, and direct-heat use.

9. How should I clean and care for my glassware?

Handle glassware carefully and avoid dropping, impact, or sudden temperature changes.

Use a cleaning method appropriate for the specific product.

For delicate, decorated, stemmed, or specialty glassware, careful hand washing may help reduce the risk of scratches or accidental damage.

10. What should I do if my glass arrives chipped or cracked?

Please do not use glassware that arrives cracked, chipped, broken, or otherwise visibly damaged.

Contact support@keraann.com and provide your order number, a description of the problem, photographs of the affected glassware, photographs of the packaging, and a photograph of the shipping label where available.

Please handle broken glass carefully and retain the product and packaging until we provide further instructions.

11. Where does KERAANN ship?

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
